DCMontana have been making guitars in the mountains of Tennessee USA for the past 20 years. Specializing in custom made short run guitars the company has a reputation for making great instruments and are well respected throughout the world. Mr Montana oversees the production of the insturments personally and each guitar is play tested to ensure quality. In the old days Mr Montana would test them himself but these days he leaves it to specially trained DC technicians deemed worthy.

Each guitar neck and fretboard is hand washed in the Little Pigeon River - deep in the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee. DC believes this "puts the soul of Tennessee" into the guitar and is the source of the great tone that has made DCMonana guitars the legend they are today.

Things are still done the old way - except these days with production numbers being higher than ever before the workshop has got a little bigger and DC has bought a few extra trucks to bring in the wood and components needed.
